PicoROM is an Open Source project to emulate legacy EPROMs up to 2MBit in size. Luma-mu uses 39SF010 (1MBit) EPROMs which makes PicoROM ideal use case for those who quickly need to program new sounds. Please, note, PicoROM connects with an USB-C cable (not included) and make sure you have enough space behind the Luma-mu for it. PicoROM can be used with Luma-mu Reacharound extender module as well.
In order to program new data on PicoROM, Picolink tools (cross-platform) need to be installed.
