Luma-1 is the result of months of preparation, research, and development. It combines a faithful re-implementation of the original 1979 schematics with a respectful “side order” of modern technologies like MIDI and USB to simplify integration with modern studios. Luma-1 also adds downloadable samples, with sample lengths up to 32KB per voice, battery-free memory backup and conservative power supply and cooling designs to improve overall reliability.
