Deftaudio SpinnerLFO is a simple DIY kit based around a fidget spinner and a double bass pickup.
This module is fully passive and requires no external power. It can be used as an oscillator source, where the frequency is based on the rotational speed. To control other CV inputs, you need to amplify the signal coming from it, such as with a preamp built in Behringer 2600. Any other preamp, mixer and a guitar pedal will work too.
Assembly notes: Assembling the kit is straight forward. You need very minimal soldering skills, just to solder the sockets and two wires together. No special tools required.
